Appointments
iLoT Wellness Spa is by appointment only. We hold all appointments with a credit or debit card, though you will not be charged until your designated appointment time.

We understand that life is busy and schedules can change. Because of this, any appointment cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice will be cancelled at no charge. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a service fee equal to 50% of the total service price. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of In Light of Touch management.

"No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with
empty appointment times. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged 100% of the service price.

Please mention any specials or discounts you would like to apply at the time of booking. Feel free to ask our receptionist what specials are available; each is also listed on our website under “Specials” and in our monthly e-newsletter.

At the Spa

We offer plenty of free parking in the spacious on-site lot.

Please silence or turn off all cell phones and pagers inside the spa. If you absolutely must make or accept a brief call, please inform our receptionist and step outside to maintain a calm environment for our other patrons.

You may disrobe for massage and body treatments to your level of comfort. You will be given a private space in which to change, and provided with a robe if traveling between treatment rooms. Our therapists are professionals, and will be sure to cover you properly during your treatment.

We value your feedback during a treatment. If the pressure isn’t right for you or there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you. Your comfort and relaxation is our priority.

Clean, well-appointed restrooms and showers are available for client use.
Inappropriate or suggestive behavior toward our staff or other clients will not be tolerated. We are committed to maintaining a safe, peaceful environment for all.

Return Policy for Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards.
