At In Light of Touch, we offer a range of therapeutic and relaxing massage modalities. There’s something for everyone, from athletes to mothers-to-be. No matter which massage you choose, we will gladly customize it to meet your needs.

Lomi Lomi
this traditional hawaiian massage focuses on long rhythmic strokes over the body. The therapist also works out issues like knots and spasms.

 

Sports 
Perfect for pre- and post-sports events like marathons and triathalons (or even a 5k!). This treatment helps to flush out toxins, and prevents spasms by making room in muscle tissue for nutrients and oxygen.

 

Deep Tissue
This treatment focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is ideal for overworked, stiff or stressed muscle groups which require slightly more intense pressure. This massage modality works great in tandem with other massage modalities, to give common stress zones the relaxation they need.

 

Therapeutic & Swedish
This traditional massage is the ultimate in relaxation. We customize the pressure to your preference, and creatively incorporate other styles of massage in conjunction with classic strokes to maximize the therapeutic benefit.

 

Pregnancy
Our body support pillow allows an expectant mother to lay belly-down for the whole session if she wishes. This body support pillow safely and comfortably supports the womb and chest area. 90% of Mothers-to-be prefer to receive a massage in this prone position because it is so comfortable (and a treat for those who miss resting face-down. Massage can help to minimize swelling, muscle stiffness, fatigue and discomfort during pregnancy.

 

Reflexology
This treatment uses the pressure points on the feet to energize the body. This modality can be applied as a full treatment or be incorporated as part of a massage.

 

Couples
Our new location allows us the room to now offer couples massage. Relax side by side with your special someone (or just a friend!) and share this special rejuvenating experience. Each person is massaged by his or her own therapist. Many couples find this popular treatment perfect for dates, anniversaries or any occasion that calls for romance and togetherness.

 

Hot Stone
Enjoy the relaxation warm stones gliding on your skin. The 125 degree stones provide deep relaxation to body tissue, releasing knots and soothing your spirit.

 

Auto Accident Recovery
In Light of Touch - Massage Clinic does treat clients and patients for
injuries for personal injury claims, such as automobile accidents
(PIP) and work-related injuries (workers or workman's compensation
