claims). Your medical massage will be billed directly to the insurance
company.

The kind of massage that you will be getting is going to be based on
your injury and will constantly be adjusted to your comfort and
healing process.

All we need from you is:
a prescription from a medical doctor or chiropractor,
a claim number from your auto insurance company,
name of the claims representative from your auto insurance company.
