Heart Centered Therapy
- is using your emotions, bad feelings or destructive-self-beliefs as a scout, to trace them to their origins. You will meet the unease, exchange information with it, and travel back to the moment this all got started. During the session you are always under control, never in hypnosis. You will, by meeting the unease and by bringing it into connection with a certain situation, understand and then integrate this unresolved issue.
